Wednesday 9:30am : Mindful Body Yoga

at Yoga Shala by the sea

  • Yoga therapy tools to release pain, move with grace, and recharge life force. Align, strengthen and let go into stillness. Spinal release techniques, stress management and pranayama. Breathe deeply, move with ease and surrender into Bliss.
